The 3-Day Diet Plan - Can You Really Lose 10 lbs in 3 Days??

                        1 banana

                        1 cup broccoli or cabbage

                        ½ cup vanilla ice cream

 

Day Three

Breakfast:         Black coffee, tea, or water

                        5 Saltine style crackers

                        1 slice cheddar cheese

                        1 apple

Lunch:              Black coffee, tea, or water

1 hard boiled egg

                        1 slice toast

Dinner:             Black coffee, tea, or water

                        1 cup tuna

                        1 cup carrots

                        1 cup cauliflower

                        1 cup melon of your choice

                        ½ cup vanilla ice cream

 

*Note: You are allowed to use lemon, salt, pepper, mustard and cooking spray in your food preparations. You are also allowed to use fake sugar in your beverages.

This diet is very low in calorie intake and requires you to drink a lot of coffee. Coffee acts as a diuretic, which helps one lose water weight. This is one of the reasons that this diet works. Another reason is that it is only three days in length and most people will stick with it.

You may be asking yourself, what happens after the three days is over? Well, that’s when the problems could occur.
